In-Shop Warranty Repair Services
Bring your machine in with your proof of purchase/receipt within the product warranty, and we will service your machine under the product warranty. (Valid only for Canon, Epson, Brother, and Sharp machines. Call for details.) Extended warranties will also be honored. In-Shop Repair Services
We offer in-shop repair services with an approximate 2-4 day turnaround on all services. For an initial diagnosis fee of $29, an expert technician will test and diagnose your machine. Your $29 deposit will go towards the minimum labor charge of $69.50 for the servicing of your machine. If a technician finds upon initial estimate that your charges may go beyond the minimum labor charge, an expert will contact you to let you know your options. We also offer a 30-day guarantee on all repairs made in-shop.
Toner Replacement
We can always replace your factory parts for you if needed, but for those of you looking to save some money in the toner department, you've come to the right place! We offer a full line of premium MSE Brand compatible toner cartridges for Canon, Epson, HP, Lexmark, Minolta, Panasonic, Ricoh, Sharp, Brother, and more.
On-Site Repairs
We also offer on-site repair work for larger office machines that cannot be easily transported to our shop in Escondido. The minimum labor charge for on-site repairs is $119.50, which includes travel and labor. If your machine is not under warranty, additional parts would result in additional charges. Normal response time for on-site repairs is usually within 8 hours of receiving the service request. We provide a 30-day guarantee on all on-site repairs.

We offer service contracts to large and small businesses with multiple office machines. Many of our clients find it more cost-efficient and convenient to participate in a service contract with us, as we give our clients unlimited access to our team of expert technicians for your office machine troubleshooting needs.
